GREAT list! Love your blog!
My favorite thing when I was first in NYC was to check off all of the museums, that could be an interesting addition to the list?!

Thanks, MG! Visiting every museum should definitely be on the list. Have a favorite?
Live jazz at Bemelman’s Bar at The Carlyle Hotel. Such a, classic “old New York” activity!

I love this! I made a very ambitious Summer list that is so similar! I’m still looking for a partner for trapeze..let’s do it!
Central Park, Broadway, and Times Square: my NYC spots.
Take a picture inside the NYU library (it’s huge!)
Awesome list! One of my favorite nyc activities was definitely walking the Brooklyn Bridge. We went in the summer when the weather was nice and it was perfect!
I still need to walk the Brooklyn Bridge!
See a concert at Music Hall of Williamsburg? Check out the Brooklyn Flea?

I always go to MoMA whenever I can. Helpful tip: because of Target, MoMa is free to get in every Friday from 4 to 8pm. There’s a great list of other free museums, concerts and events that Target sponsors on the weekends here: http://sites.target.com/site/en/company/page.jsp?contentId=WCMP04-031764
Great for saving the extra buck for drinks or coffee after taking in some art/culture
FAO Schwartz is a good mood booster for a bad day – you don’t need to be with kids to have fun but it makes for a good excuse!
If you’re a Bank of America customer, you should also take advantage of their Museums on Us program: http://museums.bankofamerica.com/
Fira – Thank you so much for posting those links! I had no idea, so excited to take advantage of these freebies!
One thing you may want to add to your list – ringing in the New Year at Times Square!
I have ALWAYS wanted to go onto a Gossip Girls set! my dream <3
You forgot ice skating at Rockefeller Center!
I am new to this and love all the info. Actually wrote in a little while ago to ask advice on where to find some reasonable PR work for a new store. Everyone here should add Chocolate Works on 91st and Amsterdam to the list. Interactive, working chocolate factory. Very hands on and you get to make your own chocolate! Help on the PR front would be appreciated. Thanks Joe
Just reading this list I know I’m going to like this blog.
You’ve never gone on a horse and carriage ride before?! My god! That was the first thing I could think to do when I first visited NYC! But then again, you ladies are quite busy. Love your list!
