After spending the past several weeks in New York and enjoying the holiday season, I’m about to start the craziest travel time of my year. I go home for a week each Christmas, and when I come back to New York I’ll be gearing up for another event at Sundance and then a possible trip to LA for work. In the month of January, I become an expert at packing.

My MacBook is priority, it has my calendar, and all of my syllabi for my classes so I know exactly what needs to be done. Then my phone, the chargers, my physical planner, a notebook, my iPod, some headphones, either a book or my kindle…or both, and my makeup bag. I’m not a very light packer so i’m sure i’m leaving some stuff out.
How did I not know about this bag sooner? Perfect for a PR girl’s laptop, iPad, 100 different chargers, Kindle … I guess the list can really be endless.

I just got a Nexus 7 tablet and I have to have it everywhere I go. Plus magazines!
Carry on must haves include moisturizer, a big bottle of water and a book. (So I don’t have to turn it off when we take off.)
This bag would be perfect for a work trip or a vacation where I’m checking a bag. It fits my laptop, Nook, airplane essentials (contact solution, glasses, chapstick, lotion, etc.), and a change of clothes in case the checked bag gets lost (which has happened on more than occasion)!
It’s cute and stylish, too… much more so than the overloaded backpack I’ve had to carry in the past.

I always bring Aquaphor, a scarf, dry shampoo for a little de-planing volume, a copy of the WSJ I can fold up and tuck away (and won’t have a problem leaving behind if I forget it), and unscented moisturizer with extra SPF. Love Lo & Sons bags!

As an organized PR girl I keep spreadsheets for every destination so I don’t forget anything when I’m packing like a crazy person! If I’m flying my carry-on is always stocked with a quart-sized Ziploc bag for my cosmetics (hand sanitizer, lotion, chapstick, lip stain), my Kindle, iPhone, headphones, itineraries, and my wallet!
I always travel with my Macbook Pro, my iPad, my iPhone, a notepad (or 2!), my Kindle or a book, headphones, this week’s Economist, a couple of snacks, and always a Diet Coke!!
This is an absolute must-have! I always travel with my computer, a couple magazines, sweater, etc. and things always get lost in my bag. This is the perfect way to keep things organized.
I would have a pouch with my make up, my mac, a few magazines. my phone charger, moleskine! just about everything I can think of!
In my carry-on, I always have to have my phone and iPad, make up for touch ups if necessary, a scarf, and a good book or the latest magazines to read. I also always keep a note book and some pens in case I get a wave of inspiration that I have to jot down!

So cute! Loving the T.T. I always pack my iPad (complete with new reading material and the recent issue of the NYT…as well as a few games, depending on the reason for the trip!).
