One of my New Year’s resolutions is to take better care of my hair. As 2012 came to an end, I realized I hadn’t gotten a hair cut since December 2011. I kid you not. There are several reasons for this – fear that they will cut it too short and also because I barely have the time and budget to spare to head to the salon every couple of months.
Luckily, we got in touch with Coterie, the go-to site for exclusive offers on our favorite beauty brands, who offered us new products to update our do’s. If you haven’t signed up yet, do so now. The site will keep you updated on the latest beauty must-haves and is perfect for busy ladies like us on-the-go.
So you can visualize, my hair is dark and long, looks flat and boring and feels extremely dry. The Oscar Blandi Pronto Texture & Volume Styling Kit is just what I needed. The kit includes an Invisible Dry Shampoo Spray, which cleanses hair without water, Texture & Volume Spray to create full and loose ‘dos plus a Styling Pin to help create styles that will last all day…a must-have for long hours spent in the office.
To treat my heat damaged hair, I tried the Sachajuan Hair Repair and my hair instantly felt silky and smooth. I can’t keep my hands off of it!
Best of all? We’re giving away the same products from Coterie for you to try. The giveaway includes the Sachajuan Hair Repair (ARV $30), the Oscar Blandi Pronto Texture & Volume Styling Kit (ARV $60) plus Sara Happ Lip Scrub (ARV $24) for smooth and supple lips.

The Sara Happ products look amazing and Oscar Blandi is always a fav!
I use so many different kinds of hair brands, sometimes it’s hard to keep up. I love anything that gives a good deep condition.
xo, Maria
I use a lot of Rusk products and volumizers are a must! I rely on my dry shampoo as well. I signed up for the list!

I love trying new products. Biosilk is one that I have used and loved in the past.
I love experimenting with new products and brands! My current favorites are Redken’s Shine Flash mist and Kerastase hair masks. I’ve also been using Moroccan oil and coconut oil hair treatments, which are really effective!
I use oribe texturizing spray. it creates volume and it also a great dry shampoo.
Can’t wait to try these too! Love experimenting with new products! xoxo
I am always reading beauty blogs for what is new and unique in the beauty world especially when it comes to my hair. I can never find anything that really gives my hair the volume I want without my hair being too oily. Sachajaun sounds incredible- cant wait to give that a try!
My favorite hair products are Pureology shampoo and conditioner and Moroccan oil (seriously changed my life)!
Just signed up for Coterie and the site looks awesome! I am always looking for a good beauty blog. Excited to explore.
I love Biolage and Redkin, but lately I’ve been loving the Moroccan Oil, too. I love hair products – I splurge way more on my hair than I do on make-up, shoes or clothes. I have nice hair.
Great giveaway, thank you!
When my hair has a bed period I always come back to Aussies 3 minute Miracle conditioner
Also, my personal little secret is: whenever my hair’s really damaged, I use one of the leftover post-coloring conditioners. Not only does your hair feel soft and silky, but it also smells like straight from the hairdresser! Try it, works every time!
My must have beauty products are Kevin Murphy Young Again hair serum and hand lotion. Especially in this dry and frigid time of year they both make me feel, young again

Love hair and lip products!
My favorite hair product lately has been mane n tail shampoo. It makes my hair soft, silky, and has volume, when usually it’s flat
Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner is definitely my favorite! I also always use Unite “boing” curling cream. Both work wonders on the mass amount of hair I have! Amazing giveaway
I would use the lip scrub! It looks like a great product!
I love Aveda and Pureology!
For hair I actually really do love Oscar Blandi products. For beauty I love NARS, Cover Girl, Olay and MAC.
I literally cannot *live* without Oscar Blandi’s detangling spray. It smells A.MAZ.ING. and allows me to brush my hair without wanting to cry. I rely on Laura Mercier finishing powder to keep my face shine-free at the office. When it comes to makeup, I’ll try anything once!
Ive never heard of coterie, but the site looks great. I love eucerin moisturizer – I use it everyday!
I’ve never heard of Coterie, but I’m glad I signed up. One of my resolutions was to take better care of my hair and face so this looks like it could be a big help! My favorite hair products are “it’s a 10.” My hair dresser uses it on me all the time and it smells so yummy! I also love Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Stick and use it as chap stick, works perfectly!
I am always on the lookout for new products, but if I find some that work incredibly well, I can’t help but stay loyal to them.
One of my favorite products ever, would have to be HealthySexyHair: Leave-in Conditioner. As someone with long, curly and always tangled hair, this product made my hair easier to brush, smoother and look even healthier.
I also recently got an ombre and I have incredibly dark hair, so the ombre party came out a little brassier than I would have liked. I went and bought Clairol Shimmer Light original shampoo and it did wonders. It toned down my hairs brassiness and left it shiny!
And I am obsessed with the Naked Palettes! I have Naked and Naked2 and I find a way to use them almost every day.
I really like Korres as a skin care brand, Redken as a hair care brand and Make up Forever as a makeup brand. My favorite hair products are leave in hair treatments, heat styling products and products to add volume to the hair.
Just signed up for Coterie – definitely need the hair repair! Ouidad is probably one of my favorite brands because what curly haired girl does not love a brand that specializes in curls? Their stylists are the best, too.
I love using Too Face eye primer, it’s perfect for keeping my eye shadow on all day! But everything else I use, I use because my bank account can afford it…
I signed up! My favorite brands are Redken & Bedhead.
I love, love, LOVE the lip scrub by Sara Happ!! It leaves your lips feeling amazing!!!! I also really enjoy the Oscar Blandi products, especially the dry shampoo!! It’s the best!
